We know how important it is for you to receive your order quickly and on time. That is why we have selected a reliable delivery partner who can provide secure delivery to your door. All of our parcels require a signature on delivery.
We do offer delivery to most destinations worldwide however, we can not be held responsible for customs/border delays, fees or charges. Please make sure you understand the governing laws and legislation in your delivery location before ordering.
If you would like to return items to us, you will first need to cancel your order in writing (including your account information and order/invoice number) within 14 days. You then have 14 days to return the items to us but they must be received in the original condition, original packaging and unopened. We will then process your refund or replacement as soon as possible. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more detailed information.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reason, we are unable to accept returns of e-liquid, capsules, tinctures and similar products. If you have received an item in error, please contact us at your earliest convenience to allow us to rectify the error.
